• Mia loves to run and lift weights. Before racing, Mia figure-skated and played lacrosse (goalie) and ice hockey.

• At 8, Mia started a national charity called Looms For Love. She ran the charity, which created and donated over 1,000,000 loom bands and handmade cards to over 500 children's hospitals and nursing homes nationwide.

• Mia has spoken at over 50 events, inspiring others to fulfill the mission of encouraging them to do the same in their communities across the country.

• Mia continued this organization until COVID-19 regulations prohibited visitors and the distribution of handmade gifts inside hospitals and nursing homes.

• That is when she found she had much free time and started accompanying her dad to the racetrack. From there, she got in her first race car, and it all began.
